Glasgow University, Boyd Orr building, Suspended ceiling

We installed a floating raft MF plasterboard ceiling here with a concealed lighting trough inside and then fitted a Ecophon suspended ceiling throughout the rest of the area with Ecophon Focus LP semi concealed tiles, incorporating lighting troughs to the ceiling. This room had very good acoustic properties due to the quality of the tile. Altogether this system along with the lighting gave a very linear & modern look when combined with the floating raft ceiling.
